Structure. Strategy. Sustainable funding for ocean NGOs.
Boundless Blue is a grant strategy and development partner for ocean NGOs, marine scientists, and frontline conservation teams. We help find the right funding opportunities, develop or refine programs to align with them, and put internal systems in place so your team stays organized, tracks results, and meets donor expectations with confidence.
Real work, rooted in global experience
About Boundless Blue
Our approach comes from nearly a decade spent living and working across Asia and Latin America. We’ve spent time in coastal communities directly affected by climate change, seen nearby reefs lose their vigor within a season, and worked with local conservation teams to test solutions both on the ground and in the water.
Across geographies, the pattern is consistent: dedicated teams doing real work, but without the internal systems, organized data, or staff capacity needed to turn that impact into sustainable funding.

That reality shapes how Boundless Blue works. We build funding strategies that are clear, systemized, and matched to what teams can actually implement - supported by the nature-based solutions already proving themselves in the field.

A different kind of funding partner
We’re not just grant consultants. We’re divers, scientists, and storytellers who work where conservation actually happens: in the water, alongside communities, and behind the scenes where funders make decisions.

Because we live and work in regions where these challenges unfold, we understand what conservation really looks like when you’re understaffed, pulled in multiple directions, and trying to balance fieldwork with donor expectations.

That’s why Boundless Blue is evolving into a hybrid model - supporting teams remotely and embedding on-site when needed. This strategy will be used to co-develop funding strategies and write proposals that are grounded in real fieldwork, matched to your capacity, and aligned with each funder’s expectations.
